Colours: Where possible, please provide us with PMS colours.

To get the process started quickly, email us your logo in a digital format. The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator vector files such .ai or .eps. Please convert all text to curves. We can also use Bitmap formats such as .jpg .jpeg .gif .tiff or .bmp. We will then need to spend time converting the files across into a vector format. Artwork charges appl for this method.
EntryMax
Please email us your logo in a digital format. The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator vector files (.ai) or (.eps). Please convert all text to curves. We can also use bitmap formats such as .jpg .jpeg .gif .tiff or .bmp. We will then need to spend time converting the files across into a vector format, there will be artwork charges for this. The maximum artwork size allowed for the smaller 800 x 950 mm EntryMax mat is 315 x 655 mm. The maximum artwork size for the larger 900 x 1450 mm EntryMax mat is 340 x 935 mm. These size restrictions enable a neat fit within the flat box in the middle of the mat.
PrintPlush
Once again, the preferred format is an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or (.eps) file, however we can work with a wide range of files for this process including bitmap files if they are of a reasonable quality. Send us your file and we can happily review its usability.
FloorPoster / Bar Runners
If artwork is 'spot coloured' then the preferred format is Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or (.eps) files. If the artwork includes photographs the preferred format is Adobe Photoshop (.psd) layered files with CMYK colouring at a radio of 1:1 and a minimum 300 dpi. Please also include a low resolution image for reference. Text should be converted to curves. The artwork areas for bar runners is 870 x 230 mm including a 10 mm bleed with a safe printing area of 850 x 210 mm.
Counter Mats
Art should be supplied in either CMYK format or with the PMS colours specified for spot jobs. RGB is not acceptable and must be converted to CMYK. If using Illustrator, fonts should be converted to outline or curves, otherwise all fonts should be supplied seperately on a disk.
Editable versions of all files should be supplied. Linked and placed images should be provided. Photoshop TIFF or EPS files should be a minimum of 300dpi. Software Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign or Quark Xpress 5.0 Mac format is preferred, but PC format is acceptable.
Please note:
- We do not check colour, trapping or layout unless specified by the client.
- All art with bleed must have the image extend at least 5mm beyond the trim marks.
- Emailed files to be no bigger than 10MB. If the file is greater than 10MB, we require a CD or DVD.
Flags
The preferred format is a high resolution PDF file or if the file is too large, a high resolution raw file with fonts and images supplied.
