Yes. Samples of almost all of our products are available to assist you in choosing the right type of product. Please speak to one of our sales representatives should you wish to organize a sample.
Do you sell to the public?
Yes. We also have distribution program for qualified resellers or distributors.
How are the mats shipped? What is the cost?
The carrier and cost vary depending upon the destination, volumes and time requirements. Mats are usually shipped via Australia Post or via courier. Our sales representatives can provide you with an estimate of shipping costs. We ship both nationally and internationally.

Are your logo mats warranted?
Our warranty is simple: Our mats are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturer's defects.
Can I return a logo mat?
If you receive a product in error or there is a defect, please call us and we will give you return instructions. Custom logo or custom cut products are not returnable. They are custom and unique for you. It is critical that all steps are taken to prevent a disappointment. We always recommend getting a sample if available.
How do I order a logo mat?
You can call us and we’ll walk you through the process. Alternatively, you can email us a brief, start with the contact us page or send through a fax or email and telling us what you want and attach your logo. It’s easier than you think.
How do I select which mat is best?
There are a number of considerations: purpose, indoor or outdoor, logo vs non-logo, cost, number of colors, etc… that go into the decision process. We recommend you call us at 1800-300-311 for assistance or browse online.
