Can my warranty become void?

Yes. Warranties are void under the following circumstances:

- Improper use, application or cleaning

- Normal wear

- Use of this product other than its intended purpose

- Failure due to lack of proper maintenance

- Products have been altered in any way.

How are the mats shipped? What is the cost?

The carrier and cost vary depending upon the destination, volumes and time requirements.

Mats are usually shipped via a courier. We ship both nationally and internationally.

Our sales representatives can provide you with an estimate of shipping costs.

Logo Mats

Can I return a logo mat?

If you receive a product in error or there is a defect, please call us and we will give you return instructions.

Custom logo or custom cut products are not returnable as they are custom and unique for you.

It is critical that all steps are taken to prevent a disappointment.

We always recommend getting a sample if available.
