  • Are samples of your mats available?

    Yes. If you’re unsure on the best surface or finish for your mats, we can send you a sample to help you find the right mat.

     

    Speak to your Identity Matters consultant, or give us a call on 1800 300 311. We’ll send your samples as soon as we can.

  • How does your price beat guarantee work?

    It’s very simple, if you happen to find a better price on the same item - Send us that quote and we’ll beat it.

  • Do you work with resellers?

    Yes. We love working with resellers, wholesalers and distributors.  If you have a client or customer that needs mats, we’d like to work with you.

  • Where are your mats made?

    We have a huge range of mats designed to cover a range of requirements. We work with supply partners around the world that we have spent years building relationships with and who supply mats we are proud to sell. We also make some of our mats here in Melbourne.

    If you want to know where a specific item is made, contact us and we’ll let you know.

  • How do I order a mat?

    Before you place an order we like to make sure we are recommending the best options to suit your requirements.

    The best place to start is to request a quote on this site, or give us a call on 1800 300 311.

    Once we have sent you a personalised quote with the pricing and information you need to know, all you need to do is approve the order, pay the invoice and we’ll get started.

    Our team will walk you through the very easy process.

  • Do your mats come with a warranty?

    As we have a wide range of products sourced from various supply partners, different mats come with different warranties. It’s best to speak to us about the specific warranty for the specific product. But generally speaking there is a manufacturing warranty on our mats.

  • Can I return a mat?

    If for whatever reason you need to return a mat, please speak to your Identity Matters consultant directly, or give us a call on 1800 300 311. We’ll talk you through the process.

  • What are shipping costs?

    The carrier and cost vary depending upon the destination, volumes and time requirements.

    You mats will be shipped with one of our trusted courier partners. We ship both nationally and internationally.

    Our sales representatives can provide you with an estimate of shipping costs.

  • Positioning and Repositioning Information

    For custom mats with after marker edging, we highly recommend when positioning or repositioning the mat that it is not to be pulled from the edges. We recommend having a firm grip on the base of the mat and manuover the mat from the center. Do not pull on any edges of the mat.
